The ukulele is on the rise. It is fast becoming one of the most popular instruments to be taken up by budding musicians of all ages. This is in part to its accessibility and relative ease to learn, its affordability, and the fact that it's a whole lot of fun to play doesn't hurt its prospects either.

 

We have often thought that this humble instrument should get its moment in the sun and that moment seems to be now. With so many people taking it up in lockdown and some schools favouring the instrument over the recorder, the ukulele revival is in full swing.
